I’m passionate about building systems that scale, empowering teams, and helping our partners succeed. I bring a background in both EdTech and e-commerce, which has shaped my approach to customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven strategy. In my role at Accredible, I lead cross-functional initiatives that help our partners launch smooth and impactful credentialing programs. Since joining the company, I’ve focused on streamlining onboarding and deployment processes, while also launching our Credentialing Department to support industry partners issuing digital credentials. Throughout my career, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology and learning, translating complex challenges into scalable solutions. Whether it’s optimising implementation workflows or rolling out new features, I thrive on turning big ideas into tangible results. What drives me most is the opportunity to work with smart, mission-driven people and to make a meaningful impact on how learning and achievement are recognized in the world. I’m also a big believer in mentorship and career growth, and I try to bring that spirit into everything I do, whether I’m leading a project or supporting a teammate.
